To train efficiently, the players will be separated into groups of 5-6 players. We'll organize the players in groups depending on their skill level: advanced, intermediate, or beginners.

Participant girls will perfect their basketball skills and expand their knowledge under the guidance of San Marcos High School Coach Tony Laguna.

We'll focus on elements such as:

• Offensive and defensive action
• Passing and dribbling routines
• Layups and finishing
• Rebounding skills and agility
