At Prolific Basketball, we offer individual training programs and camps in San Marcos tailored to the athletic development of each young female athlete.
Our programs are designed to help girls improve their game, hone their skills, and cultivate a proper competitive mindset. They will develop and gradually improve all basketball-specific abilities including agility, strenght, speed, and endurance.
Currently, we have three girls from Solana Beach training under the expert guidance of Tony Laguna, Assistant Varsity Coach at San Marcos High School.
Prolific Basketball training programs prepare female students for junior high and high school levels and help them reach college and professional status through sustained efforts and teamwork.
